• Usually, credit card information is not necessary to guarantee the reservation. All payment goes directly to the hotel, but during the Canton Fair, all the reservation must be deposited.
• Sometimes we will need a reconfirmation from you to verify that you are a serious customer.
• Occasionally, during a special busy season, the hotel will ask for credit card info and an exact airline/train number to secure the reservation.

When making a reservation for your selected hotel, simply follow the "make a reservation now" link, fill out a form properly, and submit it. Your request will be instantly forwarded by e-mail to our office based in Beijing. We will usually get back to you in two working days.
